i was met by Ben when I brought my vehicle in for service. we discussed what service was required. They provided a ride home for me and as the day progressed contacted me with a diagnoses of the problem. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and Ben advised me as options of further repairs I could have performed to my vehicle at a later date when it would be more suitable time wise. I left the shop feeling Ben had solved my immediate problems and gave me options to address another concern but the vehicle was safe to drive at a very fair price. I called yesterday morning as my son had to go to work and his car would not start. Found Crompton's on google and wasn't sure what to expect. Off my son went in the taxi to work, and I called Crompton's asking if there was any way they could look at his car that day and hopefully fix it. I talked with Taylor and she was totally on the ball to get the car towed in. She kept me informed throughout the day as to what was happening, and even went so far as to find a cheaper battery (battery was dead). They did all of this for under $300...my son is happy, and I'm happy that they gave such excellent service. Oh and the best part - they even washed and vacuumed the car! I totally recommend this shop!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I desperately needed this repair job done sooner than scheduled. Crompton's went out of their way to acquire the parts and get the job done as quickly as possible. All in all: professional, high quality work and and excellent service. They earned their five stars. I cannot recommend them more highly.
