I came in with a breakdown on a classic vehicle I just bought (and paid more than I could rationalize affording) and hadn't driven 20 miles yet. By then, I also saw other issues on that vehicle I was driving back to St. Albert, AB. I was kind of a basket case. The tow truck operator recommended Crompton's and said they could look at it right away. I generally don't like taking my vehicles into shops I don't know... even many I do. I was relieved to get some help, but was worried my new classic truck was going to break me and keep me in Aldergrove for the weekend. I had a fuel tank that was rotten, archaic tube tire that went flat and other things. They had the truck all day and I could tell they were struggling to find parts... anywhere, for my 72 Chev. They had me on the road at closing time. No one there knew me, but I sure felt like they did. I spent the day there, watching and hearing the other clients. I can only assume everyone gets special treatment there. I am very happy with the staff. They are really good people. I am generally one that isn't the easiest to please. I can't remember being more completely satisfied with my treatment. I am generally terrified to take a vehicle into the shop because of the rates and what I get for the money. Given the time my truck spent in the shop, the attention of staff and the parts needed, I was relieved and satisfied with the bill.
