Had my Sonoma in because of starting issues. Ignition was repaired but 2 weeks later it again wouldn't start and was towed back to their shop. I was informed it was the starter and was a completely different problem though it presented the exact same symptoms. I wondered if the initial diagnosis was correct and if that work had been necessary. After several minutes of frustrating conversation on both sides I thought my truck was coming back. However, to their credit they installed a new starter ( the price of part was discounted considerably) and waived the labour charges and the tow bill. This was MUCH MORE than I'd asked for or was expecting. They simply wanted me to be satisfied with the outcome which I obviously was. It's this kind of service and customer care that will bring me back. I hope I won't need too many repairs done but if I do I'll most definitely make Crompton's my first choice. Thanks guys. It's much appreciated ..... Randy.
Thanks Randy, an intermittent problem can be very challenging to diagnose.
